Ordering the Europa Diary is as easy as 1, 2, 3!
- In the autumn, we send a letter and brochure to the 68,000 schools in our database, inviting them to order the Europa Diary through our website. Some of our National Partners also accept orders by fax or post.
- The letter contains a unique school code, which is used to access the online ordering system. Schools may order diaries, free of charge. The Europa Diary is distributed by box of 25 (each box also contains a Teachers’ Guide).
- Orders are processed on a first-come, first-served basis. We normally close the ordering system at the end of January – or when supplies run out.
The Europa Diary is totally free – we only ask for your feedback in return!
The Europa Diary is dispatched in the springtime, between April and June depending on the country, so that teachers can review the Diary over the summer holiday and distribute them to students at the start of the next academic year.
